Andrea Fascinetto displayed her SS16 Collection at Chelsea gallery district in New York City on October 20. The big event was co-hosted by the singer and fiml producer, Jeremy Renner. Several personalities also appeared on the launch event including Laverne Cox, Lucy Liu, Kelly Bensimon, Sanny Ven Hesteren, Kelley Rutherford and Zuleihka Robinson. They are all dressed beautifully, but the one that caught the photographers’ attention was the knee-length skirt worn by Fascinetto. The see-through skirt has embroderies which were placed on the bottom and upper part just enough to reveal the fashion designer’s thighs. It was paired with a librarian length primness that made Fascinetto looked even sexier.
As we can remember, this skirt was included on the Fall/Winter 2015 collection presented by Fascinetto herself at the Carriage House Center last February. Meanwhile, on October 26, Caroline Byron of Simply Caro also wore a piece from the same collection during the SS16 fashion show at the Gansevoort Park Hotel.
Selita Ebanks was the one who started and ended the show. The former Victoria’s Secret Angel made her last runway show in 2011, after which, she ventured into different careers including acting and putting up a talent school and a charitable organization. According to the Page Six, Ebanks was seen nervous backstage while waiting for the show to start as she has not been doing her catwalk for four years.
In addition, Andrea Fascinetto and her SS16 collection was also featured in Vanity Fair Mexico, E!’s The Fabulist and Vogue Mexico.
